What must a Delaware registered agent provide?
The Delaware Division of Corporations states that the legal requirements to be a registered agent in Delaware are to maintain a street address and office located in Delaware, and to be open during normal business hours for the purpose of accepting service of process, under 8 Del. C. section 132. The chosen agent must consent to being appointed before the filing is submitted.
