Guilherme Salgueiro
Guilherme is a multiple-time operator, former C-level executive, and AI-first builder based in Lisbon. Before Outlex, he built and scaled technology products across fintech and SaaS. As CEO of Outlex, he leads product and technology while co-leading the business alongside Francesca.

Francesca brings extensive experience in legal operations and business development across startups and law firm environments. At Outlex, she co-leads the business end-to-end with Guilherme, combining legal expertise with hands-on operational and strategic execution to support the company’s growth and advance its mission: simplifying legal complexity and making high-quality legal support more accessible to growing companies.
